Description

Golden Lion Tamarind are mammals and omnivores.They weigh about 500 to 600 grams.They are being endangered because of logging, industry, and agriculture.About 1500 live near a volcanoes.They sleep in tree holes and mostly in trees.There main predictors are hawks, raptors, large snakes, cats. They live in Brazil's Atlantic Coastal rain forest . Their can cover territory up to 1000 acres. The Golden Lion Tamarind's (GLT) diet are fruits, insects, birds, and large crocodiles. They defend their land from sharks. An adult grows up to be 20 cm tall.
